Its a bit of this and a bit of that.. A lil hip hop, lil latin, lil hi lo, lil, active strength, lil kick box, and a wicked flowinng yoga type recovery. All with the step, except in the last bit and byte.

It was said at CanfitPro "This was the best session of my entire weekend, where have these two been? We want more" It was a sold out session with standing room only and even that was tight!

Enjoy a program designed by a Certified Competitive Kickboxing Coach and CPT as a basic introduction to fitness kickboxing. It incorporates "REAL" kickboxing punches, kicks and combinations, and uses focus punch pads and partner training.

Learn “real” MMA striking techniques, combinations and floor work for the ultimate in authenticity and fitness, ensuring a safe and efficient class or personal training session. This workshop is specifically designed to incorporate authentic MMA drills for cardio, strength, striking, kicking and ground work into a rigorous training program format.

NEW - Kettlebell Kettleworx! - with Charlene & Ryan

Kettlebells are the hottest trend in fitness now. They were formally used to train Russian military workers and are designed to be incredibly efficient. They work cardio, muscle and flexibility in one workout. They are great for empowering woman and quickly help you to reach your fitness goals. All your favorite fitness moves using a kettlebell to add to the challenge

Zumba is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance. The word "Zumba" comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn. Zumba incorporates several dance styles, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. If you enjoy high energy, motivating music, and like to try unique moves and combinations, Zumba is the class for you.

The TOP 3! Strength, Stamina, Stretching (WS) - with Marc
This workshop maximizes bodyweight training, core strength and flexibility with the Equalizer, Buddy System and Stretch Strap. Learn how simple moves (not easy) can dramatically improve your metabolism, and "buddy power" can increase your endurance.

NEW - Expressive Art Clay Workshop - Wendy & Deb

This hand building workshop will exercise both physical and intuitive experience through the medium of air-dry clay. You will be invited to experience clay's playful nature through touch, and are invited to consider and reflect on specific questions which may be transferred to the "process" of creating a mask. During this session we will strive to focus on the mind-body connection in a very experimental way, using the expressive quality of the clay to help stretch and tone our inner creativity.

Welcome to the ultimate workout. This total body workout is designed to challenge your balance, strength, agility and aerobic capacity. This class combines high repetition strength training with aerobic conditioning. This class is designed to tone and condition your body, can help you to lose weight and ultimately change your body shape, all in record time. Body Pump is an efficient and effective way to get a full body workout at your own intensity level. This class is ideal for any fitness level as you can work at your own pace.

Healthy Back (WS - All) - Charlene

In this workshop you will learn about the major connective tissue lines. We will open the areas in the back that are generally stuck. We will also open the feet ,hamstrings,thoracic spine ,sub occipitals using various techniques. The participants will experience openings and understand which techniques work for them personally and will have the tools to continue at home. You will then learn the relationship of subconscious tension and holding patterns that restrict everyday movement. We will experience how imagery can improve movement. We will experience how preparing organs for movement can take the stress off the back and improve flexibility. Finally we will strengthen the back with increased range of motion and less tension.

Charlene has been teaching this class for 5 years now to chiropractors,osteopaths and fitness professionals. This class includes the chronically injured and gives them techniques to enter back into the exercise world. Also the advanced student can improve movement awareness and return to there favorite movement with ease and grace.

In the Flow - Rachel

Inspired by yoga, ballet, and modern dance, In the Flow is a sensual, playful journey for the mind, body and soul. In the Flow will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, promote fat burning and improve your balance, core stability and flexibility. In the Flow is appropriate for the beginner to the well experienced participant. No equipment or dance experience required, just you!

Our unique style of Power Yoga will strengthen one group of muscles while stretching others, linking all movements with breath. We modify many poses to reflect current exercise science and safety standards, while still respecting logic, history, and philosophy.

Learn running techniques to help you to run with less impact on legs, joints and lower back, therefore reducing the risk of injuries. Run in a lighter, and more efficient style. Learn how to run with better posture, how to correctly position the body and how to relax your muscles while running. This class is equally beneficial for beginner/recreational runners as well as elite runners. Take your running to the next level and do it with more enjoyment. Participants will be assisted on what they should work on to improve their running technique. Topics could include nutrition, shoe selection, safety, injury prevention and much more to help keep you healthy and motivated. Let us know ahead what you are interested in learning and we will try to accomodate you. Bring your running shoes and your questions.

This hip opening class is great for beginners to advanced students. Stiff hips can cause bad backs & can be responsible for some knee problems. Learn stretches that will increase the range of motion in your hips & lengthen the muscles that cause restrictions in hip movement.

This class will help to restore balance & freedom of movement by releasing tension in your hips, lower back and pelvic region. Great after a heavy day of cardio and strength exercises

A more traditional style aerobic class with combination of high and low impact moves, enjoy this invigorating way to start the day.
